Shipping & Delivery
Standard Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your delivery address at checkout. All decor and smaller items are delivered via parcel post. We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days and you will receive updates on both shipping and delivery once your order has been placed.
Furniture & Bulky Items
For an estimated freight quote for furniture or bulky orders, please email us at hello@wovenwood.com.au or use the Freight Quote button located on the relevant product pages. Freight costs are valid for 30 days from the time of quoting.
Furniture Delivery and Freight
Standard order processing time for furniture and bulky orders is 3 – 7 business days. Please allow an additional 7- 10 business days for delivery.
By placing an order for such goods, you agree that your details, such as name, contact number and delivery address can be passed to our designated couriers. All deliveries will require a signature to ensure the parcel arrives in the hands of the correct person.
We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
Drop Ship Items
Drop ship items are shipped directly from our vendors. These items include but are not limited to:
- Furniture
- Lighting
- Rugs
- Bedding
These items are final sale and non-returnable unless defective. If your order contains both in stock and drop ship items, you will receive multiple shipments. Please note that drop ship items may have longer production and lead times.
Made-to-Order Items
Made to order items will ship together after production is completed. Production times vary for MTO and details can be found on the individual product pages.
