Our Antique 1800s German Seltzer Bottle is an extremely rare find and one of our favourites to date. This is a wheel-thrown, straight-sided, circular stoneware jug,  stamped with a seal bearing the word SELTERS on the arch of the seal, and the words HERZOGTHUM NASSAU underneath the seal.  The handle is in perfect condition and bears an additional stamp of Num 35 right below it.  It has a stunning tan-grey salt glaze and we feel is a showstopper for any vintage ceramic collection.
