Our Swifts Antique Poison Crock c.1890s is a rare piece of history made by The Merrimac Chemical Co. in Boston, Massachusetts.  This half gallon stoneware poison jar, bears the original text and clamp top finish with the original bail handle. It is in excellent condition with only a couple chips around the base.  It makes for a truly unique, rustic piece to use for a little floral arrangement or styled on a kitchen shelf.
